By downloading, installing, or using New Rhythm ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use New Rhythm for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

New Rhythm is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The App is designed solely as a personal tracking tool to help you record and review your blood glucose and blood pressure readings. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

The information displayed in New Rhythm should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have seen in New Rhythm.

Disclaimer of Warranties

New Rhythm is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information displayed in the App. You use New Rhythm at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Rhythm and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health complications, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
